1. The Service

DeutschReady provides online German-language courses and learning materials, including AI-generated classroom content, to help you prepare for Goethe-Zertifikat exams. We may update, add, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your country to use the Service.

3. Payment and access

Access to course content requires payment of the fees shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers (Stripe and PayPal). For subscriptions, fees recur until you cancel. Applicable taxes may be added. Any refund or cancellation terms will be presented at the point of purchase and are handled in line with applicable consumer law.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not share, resell, or redistribute course content without permission.
• Do not upload unlawful content or content you don’t have the rights to.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not misuse the platform in any way that harms other users or us.

5. Intellectual property

All course materials, branding, and platform content are owned by DeutschReady or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial learning use only. You retain ownership of files you upload, and grant us the limited right to process them to generate your lesson content.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your Account & privacy page. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee any particular exam result. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
